Ready to take the next step?

You can contact me via this form to arrange a free initial consultation (via phone or zoom), which allows you & I the opportunity to ‘meet’ before deciding next steps. I aim to reply within 3 working days.

You’re welcome to contact me via phone or email too.

Please provide an outline of what brings you to therapy and what it is you want from therapy - If you’re not sure, that’s OK! It’s something we can discuss together and work out.

Or, if you’re ready to start your journey and discover how EMDR can support you, you can book your first session via my calendar - fee charges are applicable and payable at time of booking.

Please note: I don’t work Bank Holidays, school holidays and there are no sessions in August - which influences both my availability and response time to enquiries. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Other planned absences are:

  • 27th May to 31st May 2024 (Sessions resume 3rd June, 2024)

  • 25th June, 2024

  • 12th July, 2024

  • From 5th August to 5th September, 2024 (Sessions resume 5th September, 2024)

  • 28th October to 1st November, 2024 (Session resume 4th November, 2024)

  • 23rd December to 9th January, 2024 (Sessions resume 9th January, 2025)

A Note about Online Sessions…

For online EMDR sessions, we’ll use a combination of Zoom & Bi-lateral base - these will be click & play links so no software is required.

However, you will need a stable internet and/or 4G connection and a device that is suitable for video calls. This means it needs to have a working camera and mic as part of it - so a laptop, PC, tablet or smartphone. I’d also suggest having your charger cable, tissues and water nearby.

Please note: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they are in a private and confidential space. It is not appropriate to do EMDR sessions from vehicles due to the nature of this type of therapy. I currently only work with clients in the UK.
